Thanks to a generous gift from Mark and Kathy Balus’ Psalm 116:12 Foundation, the Arts Council for Wyoming County has established this grant program for talented Wyoming County High School Juniors and Seniors. Funds are made available through this program for unique opportunities in performance arts, creative writing, visual and media arts.

Use this form to complete your application.  Print the form, and mail or deliver, along with required materials, to:  Arts Council for Wyoming County, P.O. Box 249, 31 South Main Street, Perry, NY  14530. Applications are processed throughout the year and should be received in ACWC's office at least six weeks before the date of the project.
