Arts Council for Wyoming County's
Balus Foundation Grants for Young Artists

Each year, the Arts Council for Wyoming County makes grants of up to $500 available to artistically gifted and talented Wyoming County High School students through its ACWC Balus Foundation Grants for Young Artists. 

Thanks to a generous gift to the Arts Council from Mark and Kathy Balus’ Psalm 116:12 Foundation, funds will be made available annually for unique opportunities in performance arts, creative writing, visual and media arts. 

Applications are processed throughout the year and should be received in ACWC's office at least six weeks before the date of the project. Links to the application and guidelines are available below, or from the Arts Council's location at 31 South Main Street (Rte. 39) in Perry.
