Cannonball House and Car TourBrock's Cars

We did this event last year and drew 400 car enthusiasts. Many requested we add a car show so they could show off their cars. This is a fundraiser for the Arts Council for Wyoming County. We will allow 150 cars to be shown at the Wyoming Village Park where people will pay $1 to vote for their favorite car. Brock Yates will present the winner with a trophy and signed copy of one of his books.

High School Portfolio Assistance Program

High school art majors: NEED HELP WITH YOUR COLLEGE PORTFOLIO?

Are you applying to a college art or design program that requires a portfolio review as part of the admission process?

Did you know that most Visual Arts programs are willing to review your work in slide format if you submit it through the mail?

We can help! For the last three years the Arts Council for Wyoming County has offered a program to assist high school art majors preparing their portfolios for college. Call or email for an appointment. It’s free, it’s easy and it will only take a half hour of your time.  

• Select 15 -20 pieces of your best work for us to photograph.

• We will take professional quality slides for you to submit to the colleges of your choice.
